What happens to the information you give us.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, contact number and email address you provide, the loan type, property type and amount range you select, and any company name or message you add.

We also record the page you were on when you submitted the enquiry, so we can tell which part of the site your interest came from.

If you contact us by email or telephone instead, we keep the information you choose to give us through that channel.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether and how we can help, and to prepare and submit applications to lenders on your instruction.

To keep a record of the enquiry and of our correspondence with you.

To meet our own legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

Sharing it with lenders

Some or all of the information you provide will be shared with banks and licensed financial institutions when you ask us to pursue an application. They assess it under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lenders we have not discussed with you. We may use service providers who process information on our behalf, such as hosting and email providers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as we need them to deal with the enquiry and to keep a reasonable record of it. Information relating to an application or an engagement is kept for as long as the relationship or our record-keeping obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to stop contacting you. You can withdraw consent to be contacted at any time; if an application is already with a lender, withdrawing consent may end our ability to continue acting on it.

Where your information is handled

Enquiries submitted through this website are stored on infrastructure used to operate the site, and may be processed outside Singapore by our service providers. We take reasonable steps to keep that information secure, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

If this notice changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date. Please review it before sending a further enquiry.
