About
A financing and advisory partner, not a lender.
Absolute Capital helps business owners and property borrowers source financing and review how their loans and assets fit together. We bring clarity to the options, trade-offs and next steps.
Our role
Understand the whole position. Then source and structure the financing.
Mortgage brokers emphasise advisory and loan selection. SME platforms emphasise comparison and convenient assessment. Both are useful, and both are expected.
What we add is the connection between them: how a business facility, a mortgage commitment and the assets behind them sit together, and what happens when they are considered as one position rather than three.
We establish that through a repeatable review and a documented recommendation — purpose, repayment, flexibility, security and total cost, each set out with its trade-offs.

What we are
- A financing and advisory partner for business owners and property borrowers in Singapore.
- A brokerage: we source financing, we do not provide it.
- On your side of the table in every conversation with a lender.
- Interested in the whole position — the facility, the repayment and the assets behind it.
- Accountable for what we say: options are put in writing, with assumptions stated.
What we are not
- Not a bank, and not a licensed moneylender.
- Not a comparison site: we assess whether a case looks fundable before we take it anywhere.
- Not a product seller — no lender pays us for a recommendation we would not make anyway.
- Not a source of investment, tax or legal advice.
- Not in the business of promising an approval. The lender decides, and we say so.
Brand character
Considered. Commercially sharp. Plain-speaking. Accountable.
Considered
We read the position before we recommend anything. A quick answer on the wrong facility is worth less than a slower one on the right one.
Commercially sharp
We know what lenders are actually writing, and how a case is presented changes the terms it attracts. That part is our job, not yours.
Plain-speaking
Monthly repayment, total cost, security, lock-in, maturity. If a term needs explaining before you can decide, we explain it.
Accountable
Every conversation ends with a practical next step, and every option comes with its trade-offs named rather than buried.
How we work
Four steps, in a fixed order.
The same sequence runs whether the facility is modest or complex, and you always know which step is outstanding.
- 01
Understand
We start with what the funding has to do, how you expect to repay it, and what is already committed. That is what decides the shape of the facility, not the other way round.
- 02
Review
You see the options side by side — amount, term, monthly repayment and total cost over the life of the facility — with the assumptions stated and the trade-offs named.
- 03
Coordinate
We agree a document list, prepare and submit the applications, and keep track of where each one has reached. You always know which side owes the next step.
- 04
Follow through
After disbursement we confirm the outcome in writing and agree when a review makes sense — a rate reset, a maturity, or a change in the business.
Disclosures
Stated plainly, so nothing is assumed.
No credential, affiliation, client result or testimonial is asserted anywhere on this site.
We arrange financing; we do not provide it. Absolute Capital is not a bank, a finance company or a licensed moneylender, and we do not make credit decisions.
Credit assessment, pricing and approval rest entirely with the bank or licensed financial institution.
Nothing on this website is an offer of credit, a quote, or a promise that financing will be approved.
Information here is general. It is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not account for your circumstances.
Rates, eligibility criteria and timelines published by a lender can change. Confirm current terms directly with the lender before you commit.
No lender affiliation, regulated-service credential, client result or testimonial is asserted on this website.

A considered next step
If that sounds like the partner you want, start with a question.
You do not need a completed application. One paragraph about what you are trying to fund is enough to get a useful answer.
